The Board of Advisors consists of key individuals with specific core competence, skill-set and expertise in industry, finance, technology and energy sectors.

Gabriel P. Caprio,   Mr. Caprio has almost 40 years of banking experience. Prior to his recent work as a Management Consultant, Mr. Caprio was elected by the Board of Directors of Amalgamated Bank to the office of President and Chief Executive Officer in 1991. His previous appointment entailed working as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Amalgamated Bank. Mr. Caprio has also served as Vice President of Finance for Oxford Research International Corp. as well as managed increasing responsibilities at Chase Manhattan Bank for nine years. He was also employed by Chemical Bank and Citibank where he was responsible for Letter of Credit Operations and various departments involved with computer operations and check processing. Mr. Caprio has also served as an officer in the U.S. Navy rising to the ranks of Lieutenant Commander. Mr. Caprio holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from New York University as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Seton Hall University.

Nitin K. Damle,   Dr. Damle, Ph.D. is a biotechnology / pharmaceutical professional with 20 years of experience in therapeutic drug discovery, research, and development in the area of Oncology and Immuno-inflammatory Diseases. Dr Damle holds 38 issued patents and a number of additional patent applications in various phases of issuance and contributed to various drug discoveries and developments. Dr. Damle earned his post-doctoral training in Immunology from Stanford University School of Medicine in 1985. His Ph.D. in Immunology was granted to him in 1982 by Sloan-Kettering Institute for Cancer Research, NY and the University of Poona in Pune, India. He conducted his graduate studies in Cancer Immunology at Tata Cancer Research Institute in Mumbai, India and his undergraduate studies in Microbiology and Chemistry were conducted at the University of Poona in Pune, India. Dr. Damle has worked with such leading pharmaceutical companies as Wyeth Pharmaceuticals as the Director of Oncology and Immunology Research, with Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. as Principle Research Scientist, and also with Cetus Corporation in Emeryville, CA (now know as Chiron, a division of Novartis) as a Scientist for the departments of Immunology, Cell Biology, and Clinical Biology.

Dr. Kalluri K. Kishore,   Dr. Kishore is a board certified Nephrologist licensed in the states of Illionois, Iowa, and California. He is also a certified Medical Doctor. Dr. Kishore began his work as a nephrologist at Kidney Associates in Mansfield, Ohio from 1998-2000. From 2000 to the present, he has been working at Quad Cities Kidney Center in Moline, Illinois. He completed his medical school education at the Christian Medical College in Vellore, India in 1988. Dr. Kishore remained there for an internship in 1989 and served as an ER physician in 1990. There he continued his education in Internal Medicine from 1991-1994, which he subsequently continued in Nassau Country Medical Center in East Meadow, New York from 1994-1996. He completed his training in Nephrology at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio in 1998.

Dr. Milind Padki,   Dr. Padki is a scientist in Pharmaceuticals with more than 16 years of experience in formulation development experience, including drug delivery systems, scale-up and validation, documentation and equipment qualification. He is currently the associate director and head of formulations at Amneal Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Padki has completed his Bachelors, Masters and PhD (1986) from Bombay University in India. He has worked in various capacities in India and the US at reputed pharmaceutical companies. From 1990 to 1996, he served as a scientist in the polymers division in the National Chemical Laboratories in Pune, India and as Manager R&D at Emcure Pharmaceuticals where he developed and scaled-up 20 products. From 2003 to 2005, he served as a R&D Manager at Biopharm, Inc where he developed 2 new oral liquid and one new suppository product, doubled the productivity of the liquid manufacturing section, and created new master formula batch manufacturing records. From 2005 to date, he is serving as associate director and head of formulations at Amneal Pharmaceuticals, handling a portfolio of 5 ANDA and 15 OTC products. Preparation of product development reports in the new “Question Based Review” format required by the FDA. Dr. Padki has published in prestigious publications - Biochim Biophys Acta, Indian J. Med Res, Indian Drugs, and Journal of Chromatography.

Scott M. Shemwell,   Dr. Shemwell is the Founder and CEO of Strategic Decision Sciences, LLC. The firm provides its clients with quantitative and qualitative analysis and insight throughout the major decision process. Dr. Shemwell is COO of Wescorp Energy Inc. where he specializes in energy technology for hydrocarbon industry. For over 25 years, Dr. Shemwell has led the turnaround and transformation process for global S&P 500 organizations as well as start-up and professional services firms. His specific experience includes Executive Management, Information Management, Mergers and Acquisitions, Change Management, and International Business. He was business unit head with P&L responsibility and member of the Executive Leadership Team for the S&P 100 firm, Halliburton Energy Services. He had led or been a key individual in over $5 billion in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. As the Managing Director of EDS for major consulting firm, he assisted clients transform themselves throughout the globalization process. Dr. Shemwell was also Vice President, Energy & Chemicals, of Oracle Corporation. He is leading authority (frequently quoted & referenced) on information management, business processes and industry change, as well as organizational structure analysis with over 200 publications. Dr. Shemwell holds a Doctorate of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, an M.B.A. from Houston Baptist University and a B.S. in Physics from North Georgia College.

Thomas W. Sutton,   Mr. Sutton has over 30 years experience in investment banking, wealth management and finance. He is a finance professional and investment broker with comprehensive management and financial services experience. Mr. Sutton has managed and advised extensive client base and significant assets in the high net worth, family office, and institutional arenas utilizing a broad array of financial products. He was charged with managing on the branch level, divisional executive committee, and national recruiting. Mr. Sutton has been responsible for P&L, regulatory compliance oversight, personnel, supporting customer satisfaction, recruiting, and security of assets and information. He has also been responsible for managing assets of high net worth client base as well as hiring and managing outside money managers and advisors. He was a Managing Director of Alex Brown Inc. He is currently a registered broker with Wachovia Securities. His education includes: Washington College, Bachelor of Science, 1976 and Wharton School of Business, SIA Management Program.
